About Parato

Parato is an assistant that helps the patient prepare their consultations, understand them better and ensure follow-up. To remove any ambiguity — it's important when it comes to health — here is what Parato does, and what it does not, in black and white.

What Parato does

  • An assistant to prepare your appointment: structure your symptoms and list the right questions to ask.
  • A tool to better understand: rephrase in clear language what you did not understand.
  • A follow-up notebook: keep track of your consultations, measurements and treatments, for you and your loved ones.
  • Help abroad: translate your health record into the language of the local doctor.
  • A reminder: no longer forget a medication, a renewal or an examination.

What Parato is not

  • A medical device — Parato is not certified as such and is not intended to be.
  • A diagnostic tool — it never says « you have such a disease ».
  • A medical opinion — it prescribes nothing, recommends no treatment and does not interpret your results on your behalf.
  • A teleconsultation service — it does not put you in touch with a doctor.
  • A replacement for your doctor — it's your doctor who diagnoses, treats and decides.
  • An emergency service — in case of emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112.
